Temporary Staffing Agreement - The Temporary Staffing Services Agreement is used between a staffing agency and a company when the company desires to contract the staffing provider to provide qualified workers on an hourly basis.

Retained Recruiting Agreement - The Retained Recruiting Agreement is used between a recruiting firm and a company when the company agrees to compensate the recruiting firm with an up-front fee for conducting an employee search for an open job.

Hourly Contract Agreement - The Hourly Contract Agreement is used between an independent recruiter and a company when the company desires to contract the recruiter to provide recruiting services under the guidelines explained by the company.

Shared Placement Agreement - The Shared Placement Agreement, often referred to as a split placement agreement, is used between two recruiting firms or staffing agencies who collaborate to make an employee placement.
